| 摘 要： | 对产自巴东的冬凌草鲜叶的水提物进行了抗菌活性研究,以平板菌落计数法进行了抑菌实验.结果表明:巴东冬凌草鲜叶的水提物具有广谱的抗菌活性,对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌均有抑制作用,对革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌活性要比对革兰氏阴性菌的高;对枯草芽孢杆菌和绿脓杆菌具有杀灭作用.

| Abstract: | The antibacterial activity of water extractof fresh leaves of I.rubescens from Badong is investigated with spread plate method.The extract shows extensive antibacterial activity against Gram-negative bacteria and even more strongly against Gram-positive bacteria.The Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa are all killed within 30 min. |
