端羟基超支化聚酯的制备及改性

摘    要:以2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和季戊四醇(核)为原料,财甲苯磺酸为催化剂,合成了超支化聚醇(B),用顺丁烯二酸酐进行了部分端基改性.探讨了溶剂对端基超支化聚醑改性的影响,对改性后的超支化聚酯进行水溶性测定,通过FI-IR和1HNMR图谱对超支化聚醋及不同溶剂中改性的聚酯进行了表征.结果表明:将端羟基(-OH)改性为羧基(-COOH)后,超支化聚酯的水溶性增加;用丙酮做溶剂可得到改性度更高的超支化聚醇,且更易于纯化.

Abstract:Hyperbranched polyester B was synthesized by reating 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid with pentaerythritol(core) using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst,and it was then modified with maleic anhydride.Effect of solvent on the modification of terminal-groups of the hyperbranched polyester and its water solubility were investigated.The hyperbranched polyester modified in different solvent were characterized by FI-IR and 1HNMR spectra.The results showed that the water solubility of the product increased af...
