摘    要:目的:采用壳聚糖絮凝剂纯化苦参醇提工艺.方法:以苦参碱,氧化苦参碱含量为指标,考察苦参醇提取液加入壳聚糖絮凝剂的最佳浓度、比例和静置时间.结果:当苦参醇提取液浓缩至生药质量与浓缩液体积比为1∶6时,加入0.75%的壳聚糖的醋酸溶液,静置18 h,过滤,所得溶液的干浸膏中苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的含量由原来的9.18%升至23.42%.结论:壳聚糖絮凝法可用于苦参醇提液的澄清.
