雪上一枝蒿体内外毒性研究

为观察雪上一枝蒿不同部位提取物的体内外毒性，以MTT法测定了药物在体外对Vero猴肾细胞的毒性作用，以小鼠急性毒性试验测定了药物对小鼠的口服半数致死量(LD₅₀).结果表明：雪上一枝蒿各提取部位对Vero细胞有不同程度的毒性作用，药物浓度为500 μg/mL时，氯仿、石油醚、正丁醇和乙酸乙酯提取物对体外培养24 h的细胞增殖抑制率分别为63.9%, 69.7%, 32.9%和18.2%.氯仿部位、石油醚部位、正丁醇部位对小鼠的经口LD₅₀分别为37.991 mg/kg、6766.928 mg/kg、5492.337mg/kg.

Investigation of the Toxicity of Aconitum brachypodum Diels in vitro and in vivo

To investigate the toxicities of different extracts from Aconitum brachypodum Diels in vitro and in vivo, MTT assay was used on Vero cell in vitro and LD₅₀ was monitored after intragastric administration with the different extracts. The results showed that different inhibition effect rates were obtained from different extracts. The 24 h inhibition rate of chloroform, petroleum ether, n-butanol and ethyl acetate extracts on Vero cell were 63.9%, 69.7%, 32.9% and 18.2% respectively. Different extracts from Aconitum brachypodum Diels had different degrees of toxic effects to mice as well. LD₅₀ of chloroform, petroleun ether and n-butanol extracts are 37.991 mg/kg, 6766.928 mg/kg and 5492.337 mg/kg, respectively.
