一体式平板膜生物反应器中膜污染及清洗效果研究

摘    要:将聚醚砜平板膜组件用于一体式膜生物反应器(SMBR),进行了处理污水的研究.研究表明:SMBR对CODcr去除率高于90%;随着运行时间延长,膜污染越来越严重,对已污染的膜进行空曝气,水洗,水洗+碱洗,水洗+酸洗,水洗+酸洗+碱洗可使膜通量分别恢复至新膜通量的26%、46.3%、78%、70%和90%.

Abstract:In this paper, wastewater was treated with membrane bioreactor, in which a polyethersulfone flat membrane module was submerged. The CODCr removal efficiency was stably attained higher than 90%. Fouling materials were removed efficiently through flushing the surface of the membrane with large air bubbles, washing with water, water/NaOH, water/HCl and water/HCl/NaOH with flux recovery of 26%, 46.3%, 78%, 70% and 90% respectively.
