枣树新生枝条的离体培养

摘    要:本文以延安村团枣多年生檀株上当年的新生枝条为试验材料,进行离体培养.结果表明;用MS及MS 2mg/L6BA两种培养基诱导致密型愈伤组织的频率较高.MS培养有利于愈伤组织的分化.MS 0.5mg/LNAA及MS 1mg/L NAA两种培养基可促进腋芽和顶芽的萌发与生长.MS 0.5mg/L NAA则可以诱导离体幼芽生根.比较粗壮的枝条及顶梢是组织培养的全适材料.

Abstract:The experimental material in the paper is the current growth of the perennial common jujube. The paper studies in vitro culture of the growth. The result shows that higher frequency of inducing compact callus can be gained from two kinds of culture mediums MS and MS + 2mg/L BA. The culture medium of MS is beneficial to differentiation of callus. Both MS + 0. 5mg/L NAA and MS + mg/L NAA can promote the sprouting and growth of axillary bud and terninal bud . MS + 0. 5mg/L NAA may induce the isdated bud strikimg root . The research also indicates that the thicker outgrowth and terminal shoot are the suitable materials to tissue culture.
