新疆蒲公英属植物的花粉形态研究

本文对分布在新疆的25种蒲公英属植物的花粉形态进行了研究.根据观察,发现该属植物的花粉并非全部表现为单一的蒲公英型(Taraxacumtype),在萌发孔类型和外壁纹钸的特征上还存在着宽脊网状型和4孔沟网状型.各种植物的花粉在形态特征上也显出一定的差异,可做为本属植物分种的辅助依据.

Study on the Pollen Morphology of Taraxacum in Xinjiang

In this paper, pollen morphology of 25 species of the genus Taraxacum Weber, in Xinjiang was studied by means of light and scanning electrom microscopy. In traditional palynology, pollens of Taraxacum are Uniformly of the "Taraxacum - type"(Wode-house, 1935. Tomb. 1975). But according to our investigations,they can be divided into three type (broadridge-reticulated, 3 -colporates reticulated and 4-colporates reticulated) Which only 3 - colporates reticulated type is as the same as Taraxcum-type of Wodehouse. The suface patten of the pollens also proved that T. compactum, T. ecornutum, T. officinale should be regarded as different species.
