| Abstract: | After analyzing the current researching situation of the information technology teaching home and abroad, the present writer constructed a web-based learning system of information technology guided by constructivism theory. The present writer integrates IIS, Dreamwaver, Flash, SQL Server, ASP and other techniques into the newly established learning system. |
