超等长练习的生理分析

摘    要:力量是人体进行运动的首要素质,发展力量的方法多种多样,同样效果也各有不同,作为发展速度性力量(爆发力)的超等长训练,已日益为教练员和运动员所接受,但由于他们对其生理机制了解甚少,缺乏训练的科学性,因此采用时,伤病也经常发生,因而有些专家及教练指出:超等长训练应三思而后行。本文旨在通过超等长训练生理学的分析,阐述其训练的科学依据和训练时应注意的问题,从而使运动员能理解运用它,指导自己的训练。

Abstract:The strength is the first original nature of human sport. There are many ways to develope strength. Same result, different exercise. Being ultra-same length training to develop speed strength, it is accepted by many coaches and athletics day by day, but as they know poor its physiology system, and scare scientific training, so they and often injured. Some specialist emphasize to do after think on ultra-same length training. For the purpose of physiology analysing on ultra-same length training, this article will expound valuable problems of its scientific training, and make athletic understand and use it on their training scientifically.
