| 摘 要： | 本文采用三氟化硼——甲醇法，对样品中的苯甲酸的衍生化条件进行了研究．建立了一种食品中苯甲酸和苯甲酸钠的气相色谱分析方法．经精密度、准确度实验和样品测定，均获得满意的结果．
