| 摘 要： | 文化创意产业与旅游业都具有关联性高、综合性强的特点,二者的融合发展显现出特殊的潜力和价值.本文通过分析文化创意产业和旅游业的融合途径,根据"横向扩展型"、"纵向延伸型"、"交叉渗透型"、"产业重构型"四种融合模式,结合案例分析政府发挥的不同作用.本文提出,两大产业融合过程中政府应根据不同模式和阶段发挥政策引导、资金扶植、市场监管等不同作用,并且根据产业融合中前期、后期存在的一般问题,采取相应的应对措施.

| Abstract: | Cultural creative industry and tourism have the characteristics of high relevance,comprehensive,their fusion and development show special potential and value. Base on the four fusion models,such as scale out,vertical extension,cross penetration and industry restructuring,the approaches of cultural creative and tourism industry convergence are analysed. Combining the cases,the government function is analysed. According to the different patterns and stage in the process of industrial convergence,the government should play a role in policy guidance,financial support,market supervision,etc. |
