数据中心在水网监控与调度系统中的建设

摘    要:将现代信息技术运用于水利信息化中,可提升水利系统为社会经济发展的服务能力,极大地推动水利建设的现代化进程.本文介绍了某省水网监控与调度系统中数据监测子系统、数据通信子系统和数据服务中心三部分的框架设计与技术实现.系统利用航空遥感技术构建遥感实时监测系统平台;同时将卫星通信技术与其他方式结合,建立安全可靠的数据传输混合信道;利用计算机技术和数据处理技术,将云服务与大数据处理技术引入构建了科学高效的决策数据支撑平台,形成了一个标准化的服务台,为水网系统的运行提供了保障.

Abstract:The application of modern computer technology in water conservancy projects can enhance the ability to serve the social and economic development,and greatly promote the process of modernization of water conservancy information.The data monitoring subsystem of framework design and technical implementation,the data communication subsystem and data service center,which belong to the water network monitoring and scheduling system in some province,were introduced in this paper.Aerial remote sensing technology was used to build remote real-time monitoring system platform.A secure and reliable data transmission hybrid channel was established by satellite communications technology with other means.Cloud services and big data processing technique were introduced to construct a scientific and efficient decision-making data supporting platform,which combined the advanced computer technology with data processing technology.All of these three parts formed a standard service desk which provided protection for the water network system.
