| 摘 要： | 山西是中国重要的能源基地，多年来为我国经济建设和社会发展做出了巨大贡献．但是，长期的煤炭开采给山西经济和环境带来严重的问题．本文在分析山西资源型城市存在问题的基础上，从目前面临的机遇和挑战出发，提出山西资源型城市经济转型的基本思路。

| Abstract: | Shanxi province that is an important energy base has been making great contribution to our economical building and society development. But for years coal exploiting made big problems in economy and environment of Shanxi province. Based on analysis the problems and facing opportunity and challenge of Shanxi resources type cities, the paper points out the thoughts on the economy transition resources type cities. |
