| 摘 要： | 本文根据水量平衡关系假设和区域映射关系假设,利用区域多年平均的年降水量值统计资料和区域内某一观测样区的入渗稳渗速率观测值,通过区域降水量基本关系式的确定和虚拟渗时的估算,最终推导出区域年径流量的计算公式．

| Abstract: | On the assumptions of water-quantity equilibrium and regional shining-upon relationship, Using statistic data of regional mean annuals rainfall values and the observation data of the steady infiltration rate in the type-area, a calculative formula of the regional annual off-run has been deduced ultimately in this article by the confirmation of a basic formula of regional rainfall and the estimation of fictitious infiltration time. |
