| 摘 要： | 本文应用构象最小改变原理分析讨论pincol重排反应,指出基团的迁移不是由基团迁移能力来控制,而是由反应物的立体构象控制。反应物总是处在最稳定的构象中,离去基团和迁移基团总是处在反式共平面的位置。整个反应都遵循构象最小改变原理。

| Abstract: | on the principle of the least conformational change, the paper discusses and analgses pincol rearrangement reactions. It points out that the migrating group is not controlled by the migrating ability of the group but by the conformation of the reac- tant The reactant always lie in the most stable conformation, the leafing group and the migrating group always lie trans to lach other. |
