| 摘 要： | 本文将“植物组织培养”实验一分为二：一、植物组织培养中培养基的配制；二、植物组织培养中材料的接种与培养，使实验步骤详细化，学生可操作性强．作者将实验材料由烟草改为本地易得的菊花茎段（茎节）和叶片，以及利用正交法设计培养基配方，使学生一次接种培养材料，可观察到生长素／细胞分裂素的比值决定器官分化的多种结果，实验效果好．

| Abstract: | This paper divided the experiment "plant tissue culture" into two parts:(1) the medium making; (2) the explants inocalation and cultuing. Then, make thesteps of experiments very clearly, and have the students to operat easy. The auther alsochanged material Nicotiana with Dendranthema morifolium Ramat, which is easier togain for local place. The mdium is MS supplied with 6-BA 0-2mg/L and NAA 0-1mg/L, which is designed with straight cross mothed. The results showed that 6-BA/NAA determine the organes differentiation, above of all, the experiments effect is verywell. |
