生物柴油与氧化催化转化器对柴油机排放的影响

摘    要:对4100QBZL柴油机燃用不同配比生物柴油混合燃料并安装氧化催化转化器(DOC)后进行了负荷特性实验研究,考察了生物柴油和DOC对发动机排放特性的影响.结果表明:掺烧生物柴油和加装DOC均能显著降低CO、HC和碳烟的排放,特别是中大负荷时,效果尤为明显,而对NOx的影响很小.在大于400℃的高温下,DOC中容易受硫的影响而生成大量的硫酸盐,导致对CO、HC和碳烟转化率下降,特别是碳烟的转化率下降明显.

Abstract:This article carried load Characteristics bench experiment on the 4100QBZL diesel engine fueled with different mixing ratio biodiesel fuel blends and installed diesel oxidation catalytic converter(DOC),researched the effect of biodiesel and DOC on emission performance.The results showed that: Fueling with biodiesel fuel blends and installing DOC can significantly reduce CO,HC and soot emissions,especially in mid and high load condition.While they hardly impacted NOx emissions.But in more than 400 ℃ temperature,DOC prone to be affected by sulphur thus produce plenty of sulphur,resulting in low conversion rate of CO,HC and soot,especially the soot.
