摘    要:海上漂浮输油软管在拉伸载荷作用下,管接头失效的主要形式为管本体内层橡胶复合材料与接头钢制短节的剥离损伤.本文以8吋海上漂浮输油软管为例,采用ABAQUS软件中零厚度的内聚力单元模拟粘合剂,数值分析拉伸载荷作用下软管接头的剥离损伤的问题,提出软管接头粘合剂的剥离损伤力学分析方法,为海上漂浮输油软管接头结构的承载能力分析以及接头的结构改进设计提供依据.

Abstract:Under the tensile load,the main failure mode of floating hose is the peeling between tube rubber composites and the steel section.The adhesive of 8 inches floating hose finite model was simulated by zero thickness cohesive elements on ABAQUS software.The hose couplings adhesive stripping damage mechanics analysis method was put forward based on the numerical analysis of bonded failure in joints under tensile load.The damage mechanics analysis method provides the basis of better bearing capacity and joint design.
