基于TOPSIS方法的天津信息化与工业化融合程度的测度研究

信息化和工业化的融合是经济全球化发展的必然趋势,因而研究两化融合程度测度的指标体系和方法具有重要理论和现实意义.本文构建了两化融合程度的指标体系,从而为两化融合程度的测度研究提供了依据;采用主、客观相结合的组合权重方法来确定指标体系中的各指标,运用TOPSIS方法来研究两化融合的测度模型.最后,以天津市企业作为研究对象,分析了天津市九大行业的两化融合的程度,得到电子信息的两化融合程度最高,物流业的融合程度最低.

Research on the measurement of integration degree between informatization and industrialization in Tianjin based on TOPSIS method

The integration of informatization and industrialization is an inevitable trend of economic globalization,so it is very important to study the indicator system and methods of integration between informatization and industrialization.This paper constructed index system about the degree of integration of informatization and industrialization,provided foundation for the measure research.Combination weights method was adopted which combining subjective weights and objective weights to determine the index of index system,TOPSIS method was utilized to study measure model of integration of informatization and industrialization.Finally,the paper takes Tianjin enterprises as an example to analyze the degree nine industries integration degree of Tianjin,the result shows that electronic information industry ranks the highest degree,but logistics industry possess the lowest position of integration between informatization and industrialization.
