以陶瓷厚膜为绝缘层的橙色电致发光器件的研究

摘    要:报道了采用陶瓷厚膜作为绝缘层、ZnS:Mn作为发光层的橙色电致发光器件(TDEL).介绍了器件的制造工艺,测量了器件的电致发光光谱、阈值电压、亮度与电压、亮度与频率关系.结果显示厚膜电致发光器件比薄膜电致发光器件有更低的阈值电压.

Abstract:Zn:Mn thin film electroluminescent(EL) device having a low-threshold voltage have been developed by utilizing PMN-PT-PCW ceramic thick film as insulating layer.The emitting spectrum,the threshold voltage and the dependence of brightness on voltage and frequency were measured respectively.Result shows that a thick film electroluminescent device has a lower threshold voltage.
