| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了橙黄色薄膜电致发光器件(TFEL)和采用陶瓷厚膜作为绝缘层、ZnS:Mn作为发光层的橙黄色陶瓷厚膜电致发光器件(CTFEL).测量了器件的电致发光光谱和亮度-电压曲线,研究了效率-电压等特性.

| Abstract: | In this paper,orange TFEL device and CTFEL device which uses ceramic thick film as insulating layer and uses ZnS:Mn as glowing layer are stated.The dependence of brightness on voltage was measured.the dependence of efficiency on voltage were calculated. |
