| 摘 要： | 改善政府投资项目的投资决策程序具有十分重要的现实意义，这也是政府投资项目管理的重要组成部分，本文从政府投资项目全过程管理的角度，分析了我国现行的政府投资项目的审批制度和投资控制过程的系统特性，针对现状中的问题，提出了改进政府项目投资决策程序的建议．

| Abstract: | The improvement of the decision making process for the kind of projects prvcesses entail an important practical significance in nowadays,and it is crucial components of the project management too. This paper analyzes the system characteristic of current process of approved system and investment control from the view of life circle management on fiscal project, and for the shortcoming existenee, consequently we propose a set of suggestion for improvement on the investment decision making system. |
