| 摘 要： | 在对电力系统电压稳定性概念进行分析的基础上，对配电系统是否存在电压稳定性概念的问题进行了探讨，并分析了配电系统电压波动与无功功率的关系，找出了减小电压波动的方法，提出了一种电压波动指标．

Based on the analysis of power system voltage stability concept,this paper discusses the question,and analyzes the relationship between distribution system voltage fluctuation and instantaneous reactive power.A kind of voltage fluctuation index is presented. |
