基于Simulink的减速器试验台电机控制系统的仿真研究

摘    要:以减速器测试试验台的电机控制系统为研究对象,针对正弦波永磁同步电动机(PMSM)伺服系统的数学模型及矢量控制方法进行分析.利用Matlab的Simulink模块对PMSM速度、电流双闭环的矢量控制进行建模,并根据减速器测试试验台选定的正弦波永磁同步电机的控制要求进行仿真研究,为实际的电机控制系统的控制提供参考和理论依据.

Abstract:Taking the motor control system of experimental equipment for reducer as the research object, the mathematical model and vector control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) servo system are analyzed. It designs speed and current double closed-loop based on vector control, presents the simulation model of PMSM vector control system in Simulink of Matlab platform, and implements simulation according to the control requirements of experimental equipment for reducer. The results provide theoretical basis and reference for the actual motor control system.
