| 摘 要： | 终身教育思想正在成为世界各国教育改革和发展的主导思想和指导原则。终身教育是一种教育思想，更是一种教育体系、一种教育制度、一种教育政策，它需要政府的推动和全社会的支持。在介绍国外终身教育立法经验的基础上，提出我国终身教育法制化的设想。

| Abstract: | Thinking of life-long education is becoming the leading thinking and guiding principles of every country＇ s educational reform and development. Lifelong education is a concept of education, a better education system, an education system, an educational policy. It needs the promotion of the government and the support of the whole society. This paper will introduce the legislative experience of life-long education abroad, on the basis of which, this paper will put forward the idea of the legal system of the life-long education. |
