环境中的光污染及其危害

光污染是现代社会经济发展、科学技术进步伴随产生的环境问题。光污染现象在许多大城市里部已经出现了。光污染已经影响到人们的正常生活，在不同程度上对人们的身体造成伤害。目前，专家们对于环境中的光污染，已经做了许多研究，发表了许多文章，写了许多书。但是政府和公众对光污染危害的认识还十分不足，光污染的防护治理工作还没有引起人们的足够重视。建立光污染防护和治理的法律法规，制定光污染防护和治理措施，开展光污染的防护和治理工作，势在必行。此外，本文指出目前文献中光污染定义的缺陷，提出光污染的新定义。特别提出相机拍照闪光次数过多，对人体健康的危害及防护问题。

Light Pollution in the Environment and Its Harm

The light pollution is an environmental problem produced by the development of＂ the modern society and economy, and the progress of＂ the sciences and techniques. The phenomena of the light pollution have appeared in the lots of the large cities in China, which have affected severely the environmental safety and harmed the human health. Now, solne specialists have researched a lot for the light pollution problems, and published a lot of the papers and books. However the government and the publics in Beijing have not realized or neglected a Fact that light pollution in the air enviromnent could harm human health. To control and prevent the light pollution, and to protect health of the public, it is imperative to forrmulate the laws and regulations, and to draw up and to implement the control and prevention measures of the light pollution in China. In addition, it was pointed out that light pollution was ill-defined in the some papers by some scientists in China, and a new definition was proposed as follows： The phenomenon that light radiations that people do not need, invade living space enviromnent, and produce harm and hazard to human health, is called the ＂light pollution＂.The light pollution may be classified as both the light pollution in a narrow sense and the light pollution in a broad sense. The light pollution in a narrow sense indicates the light pollution produced by human activities, and the light pollution in a broad sense indicates the light pollution produced by both human activities and nature.
