| 摘 要： | 渗透蒸馏是一种无需热能即可进行分离的新型膜分离方法，对渗透蒸馏的原理、边界层问题、渗透蒸馏和其他分离技术的联用及其在食物、药品和生物制品中的应用进行了综述。
