| 摘 要： | 运用气相色谱—质谱计算机联用技术(GC/MS),结合标准谱库对白毛银露梅的挥发性化学成分进行了研究,经毛细管色谱分离出101个峰并确认了其中50种成分,用气相色谱面积归一化测定了其成分的相对含量,主要化学成分为油酸、油酸乙酯、正二十八烷等.

| Abstract: | The chemical constituents of the essential oils from Potentilla glabra var. mandshurica Maxim were analyzed by the capillary GC-MS method. There were 101 peaks being isolated and 50 compounds identified. The relative contents in the essential oil were determined by GC with the area normalization method and the majorities of the chemical components of the essential oil are oleic acid, ethyl oleate, octacosane etc. |
