摘    要:区域生态环境状况评价是区域资源合理开发利用、制定区域经济社会可持续发展规划和生态环境保护对策的重要依据。在区域生态环境分区的基础上,确定生态环境评价指标体系,采用以AHP方法为基础的综合模式法,对区域不同环境要素状况和区域综合环境状况进行评价;并基于区域环境评价特点,在景观尺度上,利用景观生态学方法对流域中下游地区生态环境格局进行评价,两种不同方法的评价结果相互验证,以求得区域环境评价的可靠性。根据评价结果,提出流域生态环境的重点保护与治理区以及合理的保护与综合整治对策。

Abstract:The regions eco environmental assessment (REA) is the important basis for the rational resources development, the social and economic sustainable development planning, and the eco environmental protection. Under the eco environmental regions division, the system of environmental assessment index was built up in this paper. The synthetic method based on the AHP method was put forward. As an example of usage, the method was used in the Heihe river basin to assess the environmental quality of the different parts of the region. According to the features of REA, another REA method the landscape ecology was put forward to assess the spatial pattern of the middle and lower sections of the river in the scale of landscape. The REA results of two methods were tested for each, so that reliable REA results can be obtained. Based on the results, the most important regions of eco environmental protection in the Heihe river basin were determined, and the countermeasures of eco environmental protection and strategies were put forward.
