| 摘 要： | 用花椰菜ＣａＭ和兔抗花椰菜ＣａＭ建立了定量测定人血清中抗ＣａＭ自身抗体的间接ＥＬＩＳＡ方法．兔抗花椰菜ＣａＭ和兔抗牛脑ＣａＭ对花椰菜ＣａＭ有基本相同的亲和力．用花椰菜ＣａＭ和牛脑ＣａＭ作为检测抗原，测定人血清中抗ＣａＭ自身抗体得到同样的结果．临床检测１４２例多种疾病患者血清的结果显示，抗ＣａＭ自身抗体水平升高与类风湿性关节炎、全身性红斑狼疮、肝硬化、过敏性紫癜等疾病有密切关系

| Abstract: | An Indirect ELISA method of deteriming quantitatively anticalmodulin autoantibody in human sera was set up by applying cauliflower CaM and rabbit antiserum against cauliflower CaM. There were identifiable affinities between cauliflower CaM and two rabbit antisera against cauliflower CaM and bovine brain CaM. The same results were obtained from determining anticalmodulin autoantibody in human sera by using cauliflower CaM and bovine brain CaM as test antigens. Sera samples of 142 patients who were afflicted with various diseases were determined. The results showed that there were close relations including between the rise of the level of anticalmodulin autoantibody and the diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, cirrhosis of the liver and allergic purpura. |
