摘    要:在陶瓷涂层中引入恰当的过渡层使之成为梯度涂层概可提高陶瓷涂层与金属界面的结合强度,也能有效地缓解界面附近的残余热应力。

Abstract:The suitable interlayer not only can improve the interfacial bonded strength of ceramic coating and metal, but also can reduce the residual thermal stresses near the interface. The mechanical model and corresponding numerical method are established for analyzing the planar axial symmetry thermal stresses in gradient coating materials. The effects of four kinds of gradient interlayers(Average(A), Linear variance(L), Exponential variance(E) and Parabolic variance(P), and different interlayer thickness on residual thermal stresses are evaluated.
