摘    要:由植物光合作用的生物合成及氧化反应机制出发,通过生化反应的酶催化作用底物浓度与反应速度的关系,催化反应有无竞争抑制的底物浓度与反应速度的曲线关系,推导出植物光合作用的同化速率RuBP羧化/加氧酶限制的模式,为进一步模拟陆-气相互作用中植被光合作用同化速率提供理论依据.

Abstract:Based on biosynthesis and oxidation reaction mechanism of the plant photosynthesis, this paper considered the relationship between substrate concentration and reaction rate in enzyme catalysis of biochemistries reaction, competitive inhibition between substrate concentration and reaction rate in enzyme catalysis and deduced photosynthesis RuBP enzyme inhibition equation of plant leaf scale, with the conclusion that it is important to simulate the photosynthesis assimilation rate of land-atmosphere interaction in future research.
