| 摘 要： | 大时间常数的有源ＲＣ积分器和由它组成的低频电路不能集成实现，这是因为这种积分器所需要的电阻阻值和电容容量远远超出了集成工艺所能实现的范围，提出了一种时间常数倍增器结构，它可以利用低值的电阻，电容和电流反馈放大器ＣＦＡ实现特大时间常数的倍增器，从而使大时间常数的有源ＲＣ积分器可以全集成化实现。该结构可以广泛地应征地需要集成实现的低频电路，由于该结构采用了新型的有源器件ＣＦＡ，使得由它组成的电路具有更

| Abstract: | Very large time constant integrators and very low frequency active RC circuits can not be integrated in ICs,because they need very large values of resistors and capacitors that can not be fabricated by modern integrate technology. A new CFA based lossy integrator structure and a novel CFA based time constant multiplication integrator structure are pro- posed in the paper.By using the structures,a low frequency circuit can be integrated with smaller values of resistors and capacitors.The structure will have a very wide use in low fre- quency circuits. |
