摘    要:以耐盐性不同的两种小麦89122和9614为实验材料,NaCl胁迫处理后检测生理指标的变化,揭示植物的抗盐机理.结果表明:NaCl处理后,89122和9614两种小麦叶片相对含水量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总量均减少,而过氧化氢(H2O2)和丙二醛(MDA)质量分数却增加,但9614小麦的减少或增加幅度均大于89122小麦的.NaCl处理的早期,89122叶片可溶性蛋白质量分数增加,而9614叶片可溶性蛋白质量分数随处理时间的延长呈递减趋势.此外,盐胁迫引起89122小麦叶片K 质量浓度先增加后减少,而9614小麦叶片K 质量浓度变化不明显,但盐胁迫使两种小麦叶片Na 和Ca2 质量浓度均增加.

Abstract:Changes in physiological indexes caused by NaCl treatment were investigated in two wheat cultivars,89122 and 9614.The results showed that there was decrease in RWS,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in 89122 and 9614 in response to 150 mmol/L NaCl,and an increase in the amount of H_2O_2 and MDA in two wheat leaves,but the reduced or improved range in 9614 was more significant than that in 89122.Also,soluble protein content was enhanced in 89122 but decreased in 9614 in a durative- dependent manner.Analysis of ions indicated that a remarkable improvement of K~+ content was induced in 89122 exposed to salt stress,but no significant change occurred in 9614,and that the amount of Na~+ and Ca~(2+) was elevated by salinity in both wheat cultivars.
