摘    要:针对配料控制系统的可靠性、配比不精确性问题,本文设计了一种新型集散控制系统结构,它摒弃了传统以工业控制计算机为操作站并作为系统主站的思想,使系统的可靠性得到大幅度提高,在分析炭素阳极配比控制系统的基础上,针对下料过程中物料残余误差和下料冲击误差的不确定性,提出了一种能具有克服随机干扰、对配料的提前量能自适应辩识的高精确配比控制算法.对工业配比控制具有普遍意义.

Abstract:In light of the reliability and inaccuracy of compounding in the compound control system, this paper designs a new distributed control system, which system discards the traditional idea that uses the industrial control computer as an operating station and as a main station and thus greatly improves the reliability of the system. Based on the analysis of carbon anode compounding ratio control system and the inaccuracies of remnant error in the processes of unloading and its striking error, a highly accurate compounding ratio control algorithm is proposed in this paper that is robust under the stochastic disturbance and self-recognizing to advance the quantity.
