摘    要:在田间生长条件下对甜瓜单叶光合特性进行了研究,结果表明:甜瓜叶片展出后叶面积呈对数模式扩展,幼叶光合能力也随叶龄呈对数型增长,单叶高效光合寿命期约4周;甜瓜单叶光合速率日变化曲线呈双峰型,品种间光合“午休”出现时间、成龄叶最大光合速率和光合水分利用效率有明显差异,气孔限制不是甜瓜光合“午体”的主要调节因素;扩大库容有利于提高甜瓜单株光合能力,但可能缩短叶片寿命。

Abstract:Photosynthetic properties of individual leaves of muskmelon(Cumis melo L.) were determined under the field conditions.The results indicated that both leaf area and the photosynthetic capacity of new leaves increased in logarismic fashion after leaves emerged.The duration of efficient photosynthesis of individual leaves was about 4 weeks.The diurnal draft curve of photosynthetic rates in 4 cultivars showed 2 peaks, indicating a midday depression which was not determinately regulated by stomata conductance.Cultivars differed notably in the midday depression time,in the maximum net photosynthetic rate and water using efficiency in photosynthesis.A bigger sink capacity helped to promote the photosynthesis of muskmelon leaves,but might give rise to a shorter longevity of leaves.
