新建本科院校科学发展之三大资源问题——以福建省为例

新建本科院校建设任务繁重，资源紧缺，特别体现在人力、财力、物力三大资源方面。在当前形势下，新建本科院校应明确自身发展定位，改革内部管理体制，积极寻求政策支持，拓展资源渠道，发挥资源潜能，促进资源再生。

Three Aspects of Resource for Scientific Development of Newly-built Universities --Take the Case of Fujian Province

Newly-built universities not only face with burdensome tasks of development, but also face with shortage of resource, especially in talent resource, financial resource and material resource. At current situation newly-built universities should hold a clear-cut orientation and reform interior management mechanism. At the same time, these newly-built universities should make an effort to obtain support from government, broaden resource channels, and exploit resource potential to promote regeneration of resources.
