立足新建本科院校实际，分析了学科建设存在的主要问题，提出新建本科院校学科建设应遵循系统性原则、适应性原则、突出特色原则和资源集聚原则，指出学科建设的路径：科学发展，设置特色的学科布局；突出重点，打造优势学科；以人为本，强化学科队伍；多措并举，营造良好的学科环境；开放交流，组建网状化的学科建设社会平台。

The Principles and Ways of Disciplinary Construction in Newly-founded Universities

Starting from the practicality of newly-founded universities and analysing the main problems that exist in disciplinary construction, we should follow the principles of economy, adaptability, characteristics and centering resources, thus directing the ways of disciplinary construction. We should also scientifically develop disciplinary layout with characteristics and give priority to key subjects and reinforce our people-oriented academic teams so as to build a nice study environment and flee communion and set a network for disciplinary construction.
