应用于活体海洋微藻铅的洗脱试剂研究

摘    要:研究了不同洗脱试剂对活体中肋骨条藻和链状亚历山大藻吸附重金属Pb^2+的洗脱效果。结果表明,HCl的洗脱效果较好,但是会同时破坏海洋微藻细胞结构,不适合应用于活体海洋微藻细胞表面Pb^2+的洗脱;EDTA-草酸适用于活体海洋微藻细胞表面吸附Pb^2+的洗脱,其洗脱效果良好且不会破坏细胞结构。

The Application Study on the Desorption Reagent of Lead on Living Microalgae

Abstract:For the purpose to removing the heavy metals (Pb^2+) which were adsorbed by two species of microalgae: Skeletonema costatum, Alexandrium catenella, the dependence on reagent of the desorption efficiency was measured. Remove efficiency of HC1 were better than other reagent, but it could destroy alive microalgae cell. Desorption tests showed that EDTA-oxalic acid were effective as desorbent. Under the specific condition, it could almost be washed performance in the removal of the heavy metals (Pb^2+) and it would not be harmful to microalgae.
