| Abstract: | The status quo, problems, and countermeasures on present universities credit system are put forward. With the analysis between general education and specialist education, the viewpoint is also put forward, that the kernel, the essential features and characteristics must be paid special attention to on the design for the modes of student capability cultivation under credit system at newly-established universities. It is significant on the construction of the modes of student capability cultivation under credit system at newly- established universities. |
