| 摘 要： | 观察中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。将127例粘连性肠梗阻病人随机分成二组：对照组采用单纯西医治疗；治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加用加味承气汤胃管注入及保留灌肠，同时配合针灸治疗。结果，治疗组治愈率明显优于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结果表明，中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻可显著提高疗效，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe on Integrated traditional and Western medicine treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction combined with clinical effectiveness. Methods The 127 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups, 62 cases in control group were treated by Western medicine alone; 65 cases in treatment group were treated by the Jaweichengqitang and Acupuncture, Jaweichengqitang injected into stomach and intestines from decompression was retained. Results The cure rate in treatment group were significantly better than the control group. Comparing the two groups were significantly different （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional and Western medicine treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction can significantly enhance the effectieness of treatment, so it is worth promoting. |
