汽车车架全铆接总成装配及检测

各类汽车的基础件———车架 ,是由几十种钢制散件总成装配而成的框架式结构件 ,目前国内外车架的总成装配工艺 ,基本上采用了以下三种方式 :(1)车架散件利用工装定位压紧 ,点焊连接组合 ,铆焊接而成 ;(2 )车架散件采用冷铆与焊接结合 ,组装成形 ;(3)车架散件利用工装定位压紧 ,全部采用液压冷铆连接 (以下简称全铆接 ) ,组装不允许点焊连接 .以上三种总成装配工艺 ,首属全铆接车架的强度高 ,柔性刚度好 ,减震性能有所改善 ,此种车架一般适用于档次较高的各类乘用车及载重车的安装配套 .本文就全铆接车架的总成装配工艺及检测方式的实施 ,进行一定的阐述及总结 .

At present, the general assembly technology of frame mainly takes three methods as follow:(1).Makes use of work fixture to fasten and connect with spot welding and full welding . (2).Makes use of connection of cold riveting and welding . And the frame falls in shape with assembly . (3).Makes use of work fixture to tasten and the connect with hydraulic cold riveting . The spot welding connection is not permitted in assembly . It is the full riveting frame that have advantages of high intensity, excellent flexible rigidity and can decrease the vibration as well as . this kind of frame is mainly used in higher standard passenger and freighting carrying vehicles . The article mainly discusses the general assembly and the operation of detection methods in full riveting frame .
