当归原药材与标准汤剂一致性评价

通过对比分析当归原药材与标准汤剂的体外活血活性标准,并建立其高效液相指纹图谱,以期对当归原药材与标准汤剂的质量相关性进行分析.采用纤维蛋白原平板法,以尿激酶、生理盐水分别作为阳性、阴性对照,透明圈大小为指标对当归原药材与标准汤剂的体外活血活性进行测定,采用高效液相色谱法建立其指纹图谱.实验结果显示:体外活血活性标准对比时,当归原药材有透明圈,而标准汤剂无透明圈;当归原药材与标准汤剂的高效液相指纹图谱均有8个共有特征峰,原药材比标准汤剂多一个峰A,但活血活性效应与8个共有特征峰并无相关性.实验结果表明,当归原药材与标准汤剂存在一定的差异性.

Evaluation of Consistency of Angelica Sinensis and Standard Decoction

In this paper,by comparing and analyzing the in vitro enzymatic activity standards of the original angelica sinensis and standard decoctions,and then by measuring its fingerprints,the researchers have established the in vitro enzymatic activity standards and HPLC fingerprints of the original angelica sinensis and standard decoctions.Also,the analysis of the quality correlation of the original angelica sinensis and standard decoctions is done.Fibrinogen plate method is used.Urokinase and normal saline are used as positive and negative controls,respectively,and the size of the transparent circle is used as an indicator to measure the in vitro enzymatic activity.Besides,fingerprints are established by HPLC.The results show that by comparing the in vitro enzymatic activity standards of the original angelica sinensis and the standard decoctions,the researchers find that the original angelica sinensis has clear circles,and the standard decoctions have no transparent circles.The fingerprints of both of them have 8 common characteristic peaks,but the original angelica sinensis has one more peak A than the standard decoction,and the effect of enzymatic activity and 8 common characteristic peaks have no correlation.The experimental results show that there are certain differences between the original angelica sinensis and the standard decoction.
