Abstract:To establish a more convenient,fast and accurate system for the determination of cell viability,TTC method was used to determine the underground stem's cell viability of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis after cryopreservation.TTC concentration,pH,staining temperature and time were chosen as four factors for orthogonal design.The relative survival rate of the cell was taken as viewing index and every factor was given four calculating values in order to optimize the determining conditions.The findings show th...
