冬虫夏草体外溶出度研究

摘    要:依据《药典》中的溶出度测定法进行冬虫夏草纳米粉胶囊、冬虫夏草粗粉胶囊及冬虫夏草药材的体外溶出实验.实验显示,冬虫夏草药材在10 min时溶出最多,冬虫夏草纳米粉胶囊及冬虫夏草粗粉胶囊都在40min时达到溶出最高点,而纳米粉溶出度高达100%.结果表明,装入胶囊的冬虫夏草粉比未装入胶囊的冬虫夏草药材,溶出度稳定,且冬虫夏草纳米粉溶出度最高.

Abstract:According to the dissolution testing method of chinese medicines, dissolution experiment in vitro was done with cordyceps nano powder capsules, cordyceps sinensis coarse powder capsules and cordyceps sinensis herbs. The dissolution of cordyceps sinensis herbs was up to maximum at 10 minutes. Cordyceps nano powder capsules and cordyceps sinensis coarse powder capsules achieved the dissolution to the highest point at 40 minutes while the Nano powder dissolution was up to 100%. The experimental results show that the dissolution of cordyceps sinensis powder into capsules is more stable than that of cordyceps sinensis herbs which are not loaded into capsules and the dissolution of Cordyceps sinensis nano powder capsules is the highest.
