摘    要:目的:比较不同产地夏枯草药材HPLC指纹图谱,建立准确、稳定和可重复的夏枯草药材质量评价方法,为其质量控制提供参考.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Shimadzu VP-ODS C18柱色谱柱;A相为1%醋酸,B相为甲醇组成的梯度洗脱液;检测波长290nm;柱温30℃;流速1.0mL/min;分析时间60min.结果:该方法可以使夏枯草中的各成分较好分离,并根据检测结果确定了14个共有峰,进行相似度评价,10批药材中有2批药材与对照指纹图谱的相似度较小,分别为0.133和0.062,其余8批均达到0.850以上,说明不同产地的夏枯草药材指纹图谱既有共性也具有一定的差异.结论:建立的不同产地夏枯草高效液相色谱职位图谱方法精密度高、重复性好,方法稳定可靠,可以有效地用于夏枯草原材料质量控制和鉴定.

Abstract:This paper establishs accurate, stable and repeatable quality evaluation method of selfheal medic- inal materials to provide a reference for quality control by comparing selfheal HPLC fingerprint from differ- ent origins. HPLC and Shimadzu VP-ODS C18 column chromatography were used. A mobile phase was 1% acetic acid. B mobile phase was gradient elution of methanol and detection wavelength was 280 nm; The column temperature was 30 ~C ; Velocity was 1.0 ml_Jmin; Analysis of time was 70 mins. Results showed that this method made each component in selflaeal medicinal materials separate better. According to the de- tection results, fourteen common peaks were determined for similarity evaluation. Two batches of 10 batches medicinal materials had small reference fingerprint similarity, respectively 0. 133 and 0.062. The remaining 8 batches were above 0.850. It indicated that selfheal fingerprints of different origins had both similarities and certain differences. We conclude that the discussed method has high precision, good repeatablity and reliablity and can be effectively used for the selfheal raw materials quality control and identification.
