| Abstract: | There exist several problems in the references of the scientific and technological journals, such as omission of some items, too many contents in extractions, and wrong extractions. So it's very positive to improve the whole quality of the scientific and technological journals and promote academic exchanges by studying,carrying out the state standards and raising the level of standardization of extracting references. |
