| 摘 要： | 目的：优选中药临床经验方宫康舒胶囊的最佳提取精制工艺．方法：采用正交实验法L9（34）以大黄素含量作为考察指标，优选宫康舒胶囊制备过程中的提取工艺．结果：最佳水提取工艺为加8倍量水煎煮3次，每次0．5h．结论：该制备工艺稳定、合理、可行． |

| Abstract: | To investigate the optimal extraction process for Gongkangshu capsule,taking the content of Emodin as an index,orthogonal experiment method L9(34) was used to select optimal extraction process during Gongkangshu's preparation.The research results show that the optimal water extraction condition is adding eight times amount of water and boiled three times,half an hour for each time.It is concluded that this method of preparation is stable,reasonable and feasible. |
