基于遗传算法的管材矫直优化

摘    要:针对管材矫直质量问题,利用单向弯曲的方式,建立了矫直过程的力学模型,提出了优化的目标函数,建立遗传算法模型对矫直工艺参数进行了优化,得出了合理的工艺参数值.将该工艺参数值用于实际加工中,能显著提高管材的矫直质量.

Abstract:In view of the straightening quality problems of tube,we put forward a new optimization algorithm—genetic algorithm.The mechanical model of straightening process is established by using one-way bending mode,and the objective function of optimization is proposed.The program model of genetic algorithm is developed.The genetic algorithm is applied to optimize the straightening process parameters.Then,the reasonable process parameter values are obtained.Finally,the values of process parameters are applied to practical process.The results show that the algorithm can significantly improve the tube straightening quality.
