| 摘 要： | 喜树碱是我国特有植物喜树中所含的具有显著抗癌活性的重要次生代谢产物.采用索氏回流提取、超声提取、碱法提取对喜树叶中喜树碱(CPT)进行研究,结果表明:提取喜树碱的最佳方法为,用95%的乙醇索氏回流提取6 h,样品不做任何处理.

| Abstract: | Camptotheca acuminata is an anticancer plant native in China.It can produce camptothecin(CPT),a monoterpenoid indole alkaloid,which was known for its remarkable inhibitory activity against tumour cells.The results showed that the best extraction method is 6 h Soxhlet extraction with 95% ethanol and the samples need no treatment. |
